Shenyang Dongguan Electric Power Technology Group Co., Ltd Shenyang Dongguan Electric Power Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Group, which owns four subsidiaries including Dongguan Heavy Industry (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Nuclear Power New Energy Equipment (Shenyang) Co., Ltd.), is primarily engaged in the research, design, and manufacturing of pipe fittings, pipeline modularization, pressure vessels, boilers, and other products. It is a high-tech enterprise. Its products are mainly applied in energy fields such as high-efficiency thermal power, nuclear power, natural gas power generation, petroleum, chemical industry, and coal chemical industry. The group is located at No. 33, Shenxi Sandong Road, Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a registered capital of 143 million yuan and over 380 employees. The factory covers an area of 360 acres and is constructed in two phases. The first phase, with a construction area of 78,500 square meters, has been fully put into use. The main factory building is a six-span structure (63,800 square meters), including 1) nuclear/thermal power piping workshop, 2) pipe fitting (elbow) production workshop, 3) boiler production workshop, 4) pressure vessel production workshop, 5) finished product and raw material storage warehouse, as well as related supporting facilities such as acid pickling room, substation, welding material warehouse, paint warehouse, testing center, etc. The first phase also includes the construction of an office auxiliary building of 4,000 square meters, a canteen of 5,000 square meters, and staff dormitories of 5,700 square meters. The group holds the Special Equipment Manufacturing License of the People's Republic of China - Pressure Vessels (Grade A1 and A2), Boilers (Grade A), Pressure Pipe Components (Grade A(1)(3), B, and B1(2)), and Special Equipment Design License - Pressure Vessels (Grade A1 and A2). It also possesses authorized steel stamps and certificates for Pressure Piping (PP), Pressure Vessels (U), and Boilers (S) issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Furthermore, it has achieved certifications under the GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015, GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001:2015, and GB/T28001-2011/OHSAS18001:2007 systems. Main achievements of the group 1. The world's first supplier of four major pipeline systems for 1350MW ultra-supercritical thermal power generating units In 2019, the Group signed a contract with General Electric (GE) Wuhan Boiler Co., Ltd. to provide pipes, pipe fittings, and factory processing support services for the 1,350 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generating unit of the second phase of Shenergy Anhui Pingshan Power Plant, which is the world's largest single coal-fired power generating unit in terms of installed capacity. 2. As the first general contractor for the four major pipelines of domestic 1000MW and 660MW ultra-supercritical thermal power units, we are the first to introduce A335P92 steel for ultra-supercritical thermal power units. In 2004, the group won the bid for China's first 1000MW ultra-supercritical thermal power unit project - Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant (4×1000 MW). In 2005, it won the bid for China's first 600MW ultra-supercritical unit project - Huaneng Yingkou Power Plant (2×600MW), becoming the general contractor for its four major pipelines, pipe fittings, and factory processing. Relying on these two projects, the group recommended and ultimately introduced A335P92 pipe materials and pipe fittings to the owners for the first time in China. Since then, all domestic power generation groups have chosen A335P92 material for ultra-supercritical main steam and reheated hot section pipelines. 3. The first in the industry to pass the welding performance qualification for P92 steelIn order to meet the development needs of China's ultra-supercritical thermal power generating units and fill the gap in welding technology for the domestic P92 new steel type, the Group collaborated with Suzhou Nuclear Power Research Institute to develop and research the project titled "Experimental Study on Weldability and Joint Performance of P92 for Ultra-supercritical Unit Tubes". The project results have been appraised by the China Electricity Council for scientific and technological achievements, and the technological achievements have reached the domestic advanced level. 4. Achieve localization of pipelines for conventional nuclear power islandIn 2007, leveraging its leading technology, excellent service, and professional experience, the Group successfully won the bid for the "Ling'ao Phase II Nuclear Power Station (2×1000MW) Conventional Island High-Pressure, Alloy, and Chromium-Controlled Pipes, Pipe Fittings, and Factory-Assembled Piping Project", becoming the first domestic pipeline engineering company to provide services for nuclear power unit pipes, pipe fittings, and factory-assembled piping. Our Group organized experts to spearhead the development of domestic nuclear power pipeline steel No. 1 "WB36CN1" to replace imported steel, which not only met the project delivery schedule and ensured the commissioning of new nuclear power projects during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, but also saved the country over 50 million foreign exchange. This was praised by Mr. Zhang Guobao, the former director of the National Energy Administration. In 2008, the Group won the bid for the Qinshan Phase II Expansion Project (2×650MW Pressurized Water Reactor), and also recommended this localization plan to China National Nuclear Corporation, saving the country over 30 million foreign exchange. The Group, together with Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group and Suzhou Thermal Power Research Institute, participated in the formulation of the national standards for carbon steel seamless steel pipes for nuclear power plants (GB24512.1-2009) and alloy steel seamless steel pipes for nuclear power plants (GB24512.2-2009), paving the way for the localization of nuclear power equipment. Additionally, we were awarded the "Metallurgical Science and Technology Award" by the China Iron and Steel Industry Association and the China Metals Society. 5. Realize localization of pipe fittings for the four major pipelines in thermal power plants and technological innovationIn 2011, the Group won the bid for the Huaneng Zuoquan 660,000-megawatt supercritical thermal power project (2×660MW). To ensure the project timeline, the Group's localization plan for the F91 forged tees provided to Huaneng Group was adopted. This was the first time domestically produced F91 forged tees were used in China, and all product parameters met the design requirements. The product passed the product appraisal for "660MW supercritical unit F91 forged large tees" conducted by the China Machinery Industry Federation, filling a domestic gap and having significant technical and economic benefits. The "Large Elbow for the Primary Reheat Cold Section Main Pipe of 1000MW Ultra-supercritical Secondary Reheat Unit" and "Large Thick-walled Tee with Bidirectional Extrusion Forming Process" developed by our company have passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal of the China Machinery Industry Federation. The ID965*69mm/A335P12 large elbow developed by our company is the largest-diameter thick-walled product in domestic ultra-supercritical unit projects to date, and has been successfully applied in the primary reheat cold section steam pipeline system of the 2*1000MW ultra-supercritical secondary reheat unit of Huaneng Laiwu Power Generation Co., Ltd. 6. Achieve the general contracting and complete export of the four major pipeline systems for the first set of 600MW and 300MW thermal power unit projectsThe Group is the first general contractor supplier of four major pipelines for complete export of 300MW units (2×300MW in the Central Java project in Indonesia) and the first for complete export of 600MW units (2×600MW subcritical in the Hissa project in India). As of now, the Group has provided four major pipelines, pipe fittings, factory prefabricated products, and supporting services for 18 nuclear power units representing international and domestic advanced nuclear and thermal power ultra-supercritical technologies, 52 1000MW-class ultra-supercritical units, and 40 600MW-class ultra-supercritical and supercritical units. At the same time, the Group has also provided products and supporting services for a total of 55 thermal power units in Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, the Philippines, Sudan, Botswana, and other places. Our Group holds a leading market share in the field of ultra-supercritical power generation pipeline systems representing the highest level of contemporary thermal power technology, with a market share of nearly 30% in the units in operation, ranking among the top in the country. The company also provides high-pressure heaters, low-pressure heaters, heat network heaters, deaerators, and boiler components for the five major power generation groups and major boiler factories, as well as pipelines, pipe fittings, heat exchangers, separators, coolers, and other pressure vessels for enterprises such as Sinopec, ChemChina, and Hengli Petrochemical.
